PURPOSE:   Discuss specific issues and solicit suggested resolutions from external stakeholders regarding application of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the Enforcement Program. This meeting will be in a roundtable format with invited participants from the broad spectrum of interests who may be affected by ADR pilot. Periodic opportunity for audience questions or comments will be provided throughout the meeting. Questions on format should be addressed to the meeting facilitator, Francis X.
