Public Dockets for Rulemaking Activities

The NRC participates in the Federal shared rulemaking website, a portal for the public to review and comment on published regulatory actions and to view any supporting materials if provided. The Rulemaking and Petition for Rulemaking Dockets include publicly-available documents such as NRC-issued Federal Register notices, supporting documents, public comments, and other related documents.

Rulemaking Activities by Fiscal Year

The NRC is no longer issuing the report, "Rulemaking Activities by Fiscal Year." To access all rulemaking and other regulatory actions published by the NRC in the Federal Register in a given year, see the annual index issued by the Federal Register.  Federal Register 2.0 has indices beginning with calendar year 2013; previous indices are available from the Government Publication Office.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has discontinued publication of the NRC Regulatory Agenda, NUREG-0936.
