Connecticut is not an Agreement State. The State has jurisdiction over x-ray equipment, naturally occurring radioactive materials, and certain radioactive materials that are not produced in a reactor.
The NRC's Regional Office in King of Prussia (Region I) is responsible for carrying out the Agency's duties in Connecticut. No fuel cycle facilities are located in Connecticut.
On December 10, 2020, the Governor of Connecticut submitted a letter of intent to the NRC Chairman to pursue an agreement with the NRC. See also the Status of the State of Connecticut's Request and Frequently Asked Questions about this request.
