The decontamination phase of decommissioning was completed as of July 2003. NRC Approved the FSSP, which includes the FSS for R-123 (the license for the University of Veriginia's zero power pool type reactor). The staff is currently reviewing the FSSR. There is no fuel on site for this reactor.
