T9 Interagency Discussion: Foreign Policy Impacts on Nuclear Export Licensing
This session will include a discussion among the NRC, the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration, and the U.S. Department of Commerce on how foreign policy considerations and nonproliferation impact their export licensing processes, the opportunities and challenges these considerations present, and how these are evolving.
