Bruce Foreman

Bruce Foreman serves as the Chief of the Policy and Doctrine Branch within the Federal Emergency Management Agency Technological Hazards Division where he leads the division's efforts to develop, coordinate and implement policies in support of building a culture of preparedness and resilient communities by, with, and through the REP Program and the Community Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program. Bruce joined FEMA upon retirement from the US Army in 2012. During his Army career, Bruce served in numerous command and staff positions as a commissioned officer, culminating as a Colonel and the 1st US Army CORPS Chief of Protection.  He holds degrees from Mercer University and the United States Army War College.
