Andy Shuttleworth

Andy Shuttleworth joined the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) as the Director for the Office of Investigations in 2018 from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) where he most recently served as the Acting Assistant Director for Intelligence.  He has led multi-agency efforts to combat transnational organized crime for the Department of Homeland Security, and served as a senior agency representative for two international criminal intelligence advisory groups.  Mr. Shuttleworth has over 32 years of law enforcement experience of which 26 have been as a criminal investigator.
