Barry Kuehnle

Barry Kuehnle is a Senior Level Energy Infrastructure and Cyber Security Adviser for the Office of Electric Reliability (OER) at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.  Barry is focused on cyber security, specializing in industrial control system security since the mid 1990’s.

Mr. Kuehnle started his security career with the Navy assigned to a cryptologic command supporting cyber security for critical infrastructure both domestic and abroad.  After the Navy, Barry worked at the Idaho National Laboratory in the Homeland Security Directorate within the Critical Infrastructure Protection Division as the Center Director overseeing the cyber critical infrastructure programs.
