In GTMenu, when the COPY element list is generated in Plane or
Volume mode using COORDINATES or GLOBAL PLANES, the process enters an
infinite loop.
A work-around is to specify the plane or volume by hitting JOINTS.

properly. If translated from the Command Mode of GTSTRUDL, they are
displayed as GLOBAL eccentricities.
