the topical report submitted by References 1 and 2.  The information

provides a description of how the additional additive constant uncertainty

for rods with local peaking greater than 1.5 is calculated.  The attachment

comprises pages 9 through 12 of Calculation No. E-2363-882-5 dated December

29, 1997.
