DESCRIPTION:
The PERFORM LINEAR BUCKLING ANALYSIS command may abort for certain types of inconsistent or corrupted plate element geometries such as when the four nodes of a quadrilateral plate element do not lie in a single plane or when the incidence order of the four nodes of a quadrilateral plate element do not proceed in a clockwise or counter clockwise manner as is the case with the "bow tie" element shown below:
The work-around for this problem is to correct the geometry of the problematic element(s). Use scope or GTMENU graphic display to visually check the geometry of the model. The geometry of individual elements also can be checked by using the GTMENU Check Model/Element Geometry function.

DESCRIPTION: | Static linear and nonlinear analysis and dynamic analysis execution will abort if the following message, printed one or more times, indicates the only error condition; i.e. no other different error messages are printed. |
**** STRUDL ERROR 2.05 - NO MEMBERS INCIDENT ON JOINT jtid
where jtid is a joint name.
The error message indicates that the no members and/or elements are attached to the specified joint(s). The work-around is simply to correct this problem. All joints must have at least one incident member or element.
