OMB Exhibit 300s

The NRC OMB Exhibit 300's are business cases that provide a high level summary of the major IT investments active within the NRC agency. The Exhibit 300's provide justification on why an investment should continue by addressing the following areas: project planning, benefit cost analysis, alternative analysis, acquisition planning, risk management planning, human resources planning, enterprise architecture and security. For new investments, this information is used by OMB to determine whether the investment should continue to be funded. For steady-state investments, this information is used to determine the health of the investment and whether or not it meets expectations.
