The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to negotiate and award a noncompetitive purchase order to, American Psychological Association Inc., 750 1st St. NE, Ste. 605, Washington DC, 20002 to renew their Electronic Databases Single Site License.
The anticipated period of performance for the renewal is for a three-year base period from July 18, 2023 through July 17, 2026.
The authority for this acquisition is FAR 13.106-1, which permits soliciting from a single source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. |
