REMARKS:
IMC 0330 (Guidance For NRC Review of Licensee Draft Documents) was revised to be consistent with the guidance provided in the revision to IMC 0620, "Inspection Documents and Records."
IMC 0611 (Review and Distribution of Inspection Reports) is deleted. The manual chapter contains information that is either redundant to other guidance or is no longer applicable to the reactor inspection program.
IMC 0620 (Inspection Documents and Records) has been revised to ensure compliance with the National Archive and Records Administration (NARA) regulations relating to the creation and retention of federal agency records.
IMC 1530 (Policy and Procedure for Conveying New Information to Licensing Boards) is deleted. The information contained in this manual chapter has been incorporated into the NRC Field Policy Manual, No. 4 and into NRR Office Letter No. 601.
