PERFORMANCE AT SUSQUEHANNA NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff will meet with representatives of PPL Susquehanna, LLC, on Thursday afternoon, June 28, to discuss the results of the agency's annual assessment of safety performance at the Susquehanna nuclear power plant.

The meeting, which will be open to the public for observation, will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the Information Center, on 634 Salem Boulevard, in Berwick, Pa. NRC officials will be available afterwards to answer questions.

The performance period to be discussed is April 1, 2000, to March 31, 2001.
