Abstract

This report provides staff and stakeholders with an understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), describes the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) planned ECM Program, and discusses how this ECM Program will provide critical support to the NRC's mission and streamline the work of staff and stakeholders within the NRC's regulatory environment. ECM is the ability of an organization to capture, manage, store, preserve, anddeliver needed information so that it is available to the right people at the right time.
