| 9900 TECHNICAL GUIDANCE (Operations - Notices of Enforcement Discretion) has been revised to reflect information received from outside stakeholders and on staff experience since the last revision. This revision also reflects the current organization. The major change was to allow a licensee 2-days to submit a written request for enforcement discretion for LCOs as opposed to the previous 1-day. |
