2022-000173 Mark Olalde   I am requesting a document from 1960 that does not appear in the ADAMS database. The mill site's docket number is 40-8903 -- which appears as 04008903 in ADAMS -- but the site's documents only go as far back as 1964. The document I am requesting is referenced in the Environmental Protection Agency's "Fifth Five-Year Review Report for Homestake Mining Company Superfund Site Cibola County, New Mexico" -- https://semspub.epa.gov/work/06/100025018.pdf which says, "Groundwater contamination was first discovered at the Site by the New Mexico Department of Health in 1960." I am requesting that 1960 document confirming groundwater contamination, which I believe is a letter sent either to the company or to the NRC. 05/26/22
