States Pursuing Agreements with the NRC

Connecticut has expressed interest in assuming authority under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. The State is currently working on the Connecticut Agreement Application Process.

Indiana has expressed interest in assuming authority under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. The State is currently working on the Indiana Agreement Application Process.

West Virginia has expressed interest in assuming authority under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. The State is currently working on the West Virginia Agreement Application Process.

The State of Wyoming is amending its Agreement with the NRC, working on the Wyoming Agreement Amendment Process.
